Welcome to Wrilee! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wrilee. Wrilee operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience.

Wrilee is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our website, place an order, or purchase any product from Wrilee.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for your minor dependent to use our Services.

To use our Services, including browsing our store or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing details, payment details, and shipping address.

You confirm that all information provided by you is correct, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account details and for all activities under your account.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

Wrilee offers custom merchandise and personalized gift products, including but not limited to T-shirts, mugs, caps, keychains, photo frames, and other personalized items.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, actual product colors, print placement, size, and appearance may slightly vary due to screen settings, lighting, product material, and printing limitations.

For customized products, the final print quality depends heavily on the image, design, or text provided by you. You must provide a high-quality, clear, and printable image/design.

If the image provided by you is blurry, pixelated, low-resolution, unclear, cropped, or not suitable for printing, Wrilee cannot guarantee a sharp or clear final print. In such cases, no return, refund, or replacement will be accepted for print-quality issues caused by poor image quality provided by you.

You are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, images, design placement, product size, color, and all customization details before placing the order.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase from Wrilee. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

Your order is accepted only after we confirm it and receive the required payment or advance payment, where applicable.

For customized or personalized orders, cancellation may not be possible once the order is confirmed or production has started.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must pay 70% of the total order amount in advance before the order is processed. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery. COD orders will not be processed without the required 70% advance payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Wrilee may be unable to accept cancellation, return, refund, or exchange requests for mistakes made by the customer, including wrong size, wrong color, wrong uploaded image, incorrect name/text, or change of mind.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, shipping charges, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time your order is placed. Unless clearly stated, prices may not include shipping charges, taxes, handling fees, or other applicable charges.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all orders.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information given by you is true and complete.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery time. However, delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Wrilee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners, courier issues, incorrect address provided by the customer, weather conditions, public holidays, technical issues, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address and contact number. If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by you, additional shipping charges may apply.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Wrilee accepts return or replacement requests only within 5 days after the customer receives the product.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You receive a wrong product

  • You receive a damaged product

  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect

Returns, refunds, or replacements are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Wrong color selected by the customer

  • Incorrect customization details provided by the customer

  • Low-quality image/design uploaded by the customer

  • Minor color difference due to screen or printing variation

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • Personalized/custom-made products, unless damaged or wrongly delivered

To request a return or replacement, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including text, graphics, images, product photos, logos, designs, brand names, and other materials, belongs to Wrilee or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without our written permission.

Wrilee’s name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans are the property of Wrilee and must not be used without permission.

SECTION 8 - CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT

When you upload or share an image, design, text, name, logo, artwork, or other content for customization, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it.

You agree not to upload or request printing of content that is illegal, offensive, abusive, hateful, misleading, copyrighted without permission, trademarked without permission, or harmful to any person or brand.

Wrilee reserves the right to reject any design or order that we believe may violate copyright, trademark, legal rights, or our internal content policy.

You are fully responsible for any content you provide for customization.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

Our Services may include links, tools, or services provided by third parties, including Shopify and payment/shipping partners.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, accuracy, or actions of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Wrilee is powered by Shopify, which helps us provide our online store and related services.

However, all sales and purchases made through our store are directly between you and Wrilee. Shopify is not responsible for any product, order, delivery, refund, return, damage, loss, or dispute related to purchases made from Wrilee.

SECTION 11 - PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through our Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is powered by Shopify, certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify and other third-party service providers required to operate the store, process payments, and deliver orders.

Product appearance may vary slightly due to screen display, lighting, material, printing process, and customization quality.

For personalized products, we do not guarantee final print clarity if the customer provides a low-quality image or design.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrilee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product related to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Wrilee, Shopify, and our service providers harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your misuse of our Services

  • Your violation of any law

  • Any image, design, text, or content provided by you for customization

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be removed or limited to the minimum extent required, and the remaining Terms will continue to remain valid.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If we do not enforce any part of these Terms, it does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, along with our policies, make up the complete agreement between you and Wrilee regarding your use of our Services.

SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.

Wrilee may transfer or assign its rights and obligations without prior notice if required for business operations.
