Return & Refund Policy

At Wrilee, every product is made with care, especially custom and personalized items. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

We accept return requests only within 5 days after the customer receives the product.

After 5 days of delivery, we will not accept any return, refund, or exchange request.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product

  • You received a damaged product

  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect

To request a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. The original packaging and proof of purchase are required.

Non-Returnable Items

Since most of our products are custom-made or personalized, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Wrong color selected by the customer

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer

  • Low-quality image uploaded by the customer

  • Personalized or custom-designed products, unless they are damaged or wrongly delivered

Image Quality Responsibility

For customized products, customers must upload or provide a high-quality image/design.

If the image provided by the customer is low quality, blurry, pixelated, or unclear, Wrilee cannot guarantee a sharp or clear final print. In such cases, return or refund will not be accepted for print clarity issues caused by poor image quality.

Damaged or Wrong Product

Please check your order immediately after receiving it.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Order details

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or wrong product

  • Packaging photos, if required

After reviewing your request, we will let you know whether your return or replacement is approved.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must pay 70% of the order amount in advance before the order is processed.

The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

Orders will not be processed without the required advance payment.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a wrong or damaged product, we will share the return instructions with you.

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or another agreed payment method within 10 business days.
